Is it okay for my dog with an ear infection to sleep with a cone on?

Hi. My dog has a recurring ear infection, especially now since it's winter. Is it okay that i let him sleep with the cone on at night? Pet's info: Dog | Havanese | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs

Yes. It's generally recommended to keep the cone on anytime you are not strictly watching her. She may need help accessing food and water or need it removed to eat. Make sure the ear infection is being treated as well. Just wearing the cone will prevent scratching but the infection needs to be medicated to resolve.
