My dog is always sneezing and coughing. She is on zyrtek but it's not helping. Why? Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 7 years and 4 months old | 9 lbs

I am sorry Gigi is having this problem. IF an over the counter anti histamine is not helping I would recommend having him examined by a vet, A range of issues can cause chronic sneezing and coughing. IT is possible Gigi has something stuck in her nose like a piece of grass, has an upper respiratory infection, allergies, asthma, lung disease or even heart disease. Having her listened to by a vet would be the most helpful. They might also want to take x-rays of her lungs to make sure they look normal.
