A pet should be vaccinated as soon as they are old enough to do so. Every day that a pet goes without vaccines increases their risk for being exposed and infected with diseases that were preventable in the first place. The most important ones are the Rabies (required by law), DHPP, and Leptospirosis. The Bordetella vaccine is also good to have if Mason will ever be exposed to other dogs, because it protects him from upper respiratory infections. I hope this helps and best wishes with your puppy Mason. Take care.
