My pregnant Rottweiler isn't eating after vet visit. What should I do?

My Rottweiler female dog is of food from last week. She hasent eat anything I took her to the hospital and they gave antibiotics and infection injections but after that also she isn't eating anything and she is 1 month pregnant. So what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | 4 years and 2 months old

You must take her back to the vet urgently, they will need to perform a blood test and ultrasound in order to find out the cause of the anorexia, without knowing what is causing this , it's not possible to treat it.
