My new stray cat has watery poop. Should I be concerned about his health?

Hi my name is Reece I just took in a stray cat bathed and feed him I've noticed that his poop is so far liquid but is better than last night when it was watery should I be concerned. Also i do plan on this coming month when I get the money to take him to get shots and a check up. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 8 lbs

He could have a tummy upset as quite often strays will have diarrohea when they stsrt eating regular rich meals again. I would definitely recommend getting a wormer for him even if you cant get to the vet.
