Why is my 5-month Great Dane puppy throwing up and having diarrhea?

My female Great Dane has had diarrhea for two days. She is 5 and a half months old. She has been wormed and everything. This morning she has started to throw up. She is house trained and can't hold it and will use the bathroom in the house during the night. She acts normal during the day. She plays with my other Great Dane. I have no idea what could have caused this. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 16 days old | 55 lbs

I suggest a vet check up for Mia. The diarrhea and vomitting may be due to dietary indiscretions, parasites or viral. Even though she has received preventative care, parasites or infection such as parvo or corona is still possible.
