Why is my 5-week-old puppy struggling to walk with wobbly hind legs?

Aurora has 3 pups almost 5wks old. Why one pup still not walking steadily with her hind legs still wobbling. Can walk in mats but wobbling. In tiles she just pull her hind legs. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 5 months old | 15 lbs

I would suggest taking Aurora's pup for a vet exam. It could be a congesnital disorder or the pup may have been injuries inadvertently if Aurora sat on her or moved her. The earlier treatment instituted in some of these cases the better the chance the pup will have normal function.
