My Shih Tzu vomited with bloody stool, but seems fine. Vet needed?

My 2 year old Shih Tzu had a vomiting episode last night accompanied by loose stool. I noticed a small piece of loose stool on her puppy pad that had blood in it. She doesn't act like she is sick and she is now eating and drinking water. What could have caused this? Does she need to visit the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

It is possible sweetie had a case of gastric upset. This could be due to something sweetie ate or got a hold of. IF she is eating, drinking, and no longer vomiting I would not be concerned. IF she continues to vomit or have blood in her stool i recommend takin her to a vet for medications to resolve the diarrhea.
