Vader might have eaten something spoiled that is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours then offer him boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food. If he continues vomiting or is not eating, take him to the vet to get treatment.

Vader could have a stomach issue or could have a breathing issue. Sometimes in cats it can be very difficult to tell those apart. Some cats with breathing/lung issues will actually cough up bits of debris/mucus. Some cats can develop asthma and present like this. He also could have a bacterial or viral infection causing these symptoms. I would recommend you take him in to your vet to be evaluated. Often a cats breathing pattern can be a useful indicator as to where the problem is and a good physical exam can give us a lot of information. He may need further tests like x-rays to look at his lungs and stomach as well as checking him for a fever. I hope he improves quickly!
