My conure gets very depressed and angry after flying since his wings have been clipped and it's been a few months he has been in and there's no sign of injury. What can I do to help him

If Louie enjoys exploring but has to be limited, there are a few things you can try to help cheer him up. Adding in more interactive toys to chew on may help distract him and keep him occupied without flying. Adding in a special play pen/play perch area on top of his cage or on a separate stand may also give him additional areas to stretch his wings, move around and interact safely without flying. If he seems bothered by his wings, it may be that they were clipped too short- talking with a vet and having them show you where to clip the wings before the next time he needs it may help reduce any changes of injury or pain in the future.
