Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am so sorry to hear Kiki is sick! If you are that concerned maybe there is a local emergency hospital you can bring him too and have him seen immediately. If not, then try gently syringing water and canned food as a slurry. I would stay with him to watch him. I wish you the best!

I'm sorry Kip is sick. He should be seen by a veterinarian tomorrow when they are open. He could have gastroenteritis, intestinal parasites, dysbiosis, or potentially a foreign body. They can give him something to help with the vomiting and diarrhea and any other issues they may find. It's good he is drinking water. There isn't anything over the counter that he can have. If he goes a couple hours without vomiting, you can try feeding him a bland diet of scrambled eggs or boiled chicken.

You aren't disturbing as at all! This is what we are here for :-) Is that diarrhea? I can give you a home remedy for Kiko to see if that helps. Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. I hope this helps!
