Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 6 months old | 10 lbs
Yesterday I got an 8 week old female Australian Shepherd. She has blood in her stool. Should I take her to the vet?

It would be a good idea to have a stool sample tested for parasites. You could call your vet and see if they can test a sample and if they want to see her, as well. She may need to be dewormed. It could also be secondary to the stress with a change in environment and/or food. You could add a probiotic to her diet and see if that helps, too. Good luck with the new puppy!
