My outdoor cat is lethargic, not eating or drinking. Is he sick?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 27 days old | 0.44 lbs

I think Kiki is depressed.He doesn't want to eat,drink,sleeps all the time and doesn't let me touch him.He is an outdoor cat and his brother eats as he usually do.Did I do something wrong?Is he really depressed?Is he sick?Please help!

These symptoms are definitely of concern and most likely a sign of illness and not depression. It is not any fault of yours, but he does need to see a veterinarian to determine the cause of his illness. They may recommend running bloodwork to check for signs of systemic illness such as kidney disease or infection, and may want to test his for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids since he was an outdoor cat before he came to you.
