My 14 Chihuahua has been sluggish and has lost some weight and I've notice lumps on her chest and tittiez. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 14 years and 6 months old

I would recomend a vet visit asap for Lillie. Intact female dogs are at a high risk for mammary cancer. Other worries may be organ disease due to her age. She should have a full physical exam and based on those findings a vet may recommend further testing to find out what is going on with Lillie.
