My pet rat has a missing paw. How can I help him walk normally?

My pet rat Mike dose not has its back right paw so he walks a little strangely is there any solution to make him walk just finely.

Hi there. Poor Mike! Unfortunately with certain deformities like this (whether amputation or else wise) it is almost impossible for them to walk "normally". With that said, normally they get along just fine and adapt well to their situations. Mike may not even realize he is not walking "normally" because it has become normal to him. Hope this helps!
