Best grain-free, high-protein dog food for sensitive skin & stomach?

I have a 4 year old Rottweiler who has sensitive skin and stomach. I'm looking for a grain free, high protein food. I've looked into the Purina Pro Plan and the Hills Science Diet and they both contain grain and the protein content is low. Does anyone have any suggestions for possible foods?

As far as commercial breeds that come to mind, Wellness would be a good choice to meet your requirements. It is a little pricey, but I feel that it is a very high quality diet. A raw diet would also be an option, but would definitely require a significant amount of financial and time investment (though there are commercially available raw diets as well now).
