Hi! I have a 3 month old Lab/Blue Heeler mix puppy. He jumped off our bed tonight and whined when he landed. He started limping and didn't put weight on his back foot. We tried to get him to walk on it to make sure it wasn't broken and we got him a treat and he started walking on it perfectly fine. But now when he lays down, he doesn't want us to touch it and we bent it to see where the pain was coming from and he whined when we bent it and yelped when we pulled it forwards. It was his back leg

It's to be expected as he probably hurt his leg, but it definitely doesn't sound like it's broken. keep him rested for 2-3 days, the limp should get better by then, if it doesn't get any better- take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
