I got my kitten his vaccinations for the first time today. He's showing signs of tiredness and loss of appitite like the vet said, however he is having small jumps like hiccups or the ones you get with a fever. Is there anything in particular I can do to help him? How long will this last?

It sounds like Oliver may be having hiccups - which are harmless and will resolve without treatment. As long as he is still moving about and eating and drinking water, I am not concerned. Less likely would be a form of tremor or seizure - he would not be walking around if this was occurring. If his activity level is very low, and he is not able to walk, you should have him examined as an emergency.
