My husky is bony and has boils. Could it be an allergy or ticks?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

I have 2 pets one is crooker spanial female of 3years n Siberian husky of 5 mons. Husky is too light weight compared to crooker spanial female. Husky seems to be boney n not weak. He also has boils on his body. When we brought he had tticks n our vet gave him injection for getting rid of ticks now no ticks but boils r there .

This is probably caused by an allergic reaction. first of all make sure you de-flea Prince regularly every month with a high quality spot on (ex. Advantage) as fleas are by far the most common reason for these reactions. If the fleas are not the problem, it could be an allergic reaction to food or an environmental factor. this is more complicated to treat and will sometimes require medications such as Steroids, anti histamines or Apoquel in order to stop the allergy.
