My dog has diarrhea, but right after the runny stool comes out he acts like he still needs to go and nothing comes out. He will move from place to place trying to poo.. is this normal. Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Male | 70 lbs

While diarrhea is not normal, dogs will often strain to defecate when they have diarrhea due to all of the inflammation in the colon and rectum. I would take Mick to your vet so they can treat the diarrhea, then he'll likely stop straining after that.
