Poor Dexter! That is concerning that he won't eat and has been sleeping all day. If the vomiting and diarrhea has stopped then you could try to get him to eat a small amount of a bland diet. Try a little bit of boiled chicken and see if he will eat that. You could also syringe a little bit of water into his mouth to see if he will drink. If the lethargy, decreased appetite, vomiting, and/or diarrhea continues then he needs to be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat. He may need some fluids to prevent dehydration and an anti-vomiting medication. Hope he feels better soon!

It could be that Fitz ate something in the house that upset his stomach, causing the vomiting and diarrhea. It could also be that he has intestinal worms. I would make sure he's up to date on his deworming treatments, giving him one if he isn't. I recommend Panacur. You can try giving him a bland diet when he has the vomiting and diarrhea to see if that helps. I recommend withholding food for 12-24 hours, then feeding a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. Given that it's only happened twice in the last two months and he's otherwise acting normal, I wouldn't rush him into a vet just yet. If it continues, then yes take him into the vet. I hope this helps!
