What is this bright purple, grape-sized lump on my dog's shoulder?

My dog has a lump on her left shoulder. It is bright purple and about the size of a grape. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 8 years and 9 months old | 48 lbs
