My dog's nose is dripping boogers. Is it serious or an infection?

Hello, I came home today and saw that my dog Luke had boogers dripping down his nose. I should've token a picture but I wiped it immediately. Does anyone know what this means?

It could be that Luke has an upper respiratory infection causing the nasal discharge. I would try putting him in a room with a humidifier or bringing him into the bathroom with you when you take a shower to see if the steam helps with any congestion he may have. Make sure he is eating and keeping warm, and have him seen by a vet tomorrow if the nasal discharge continues.
