My pregnant dog is losing mucus plug for days. Should I worry?

I have a question regarding my dog who is pregnant. She is a jack Russell/rat terrier mix who is 4 years old and I am unsure of how long she has been pregnant for, but to my estimation she is at least 7 weeks pregnant. (You can see and feel the puppies moving around.) Well I stay at home and today is the FIFTH day in a row that I have noticed that she has lost more of her mucus plug. So I am unsure if this is something to be concerned about or not. If you could take the time out of your day to b. Dogs are pregnant for approximately 63 days, so she is fairly on. It is not uncommon for them to pass some discharge in pregnancy so unless it is very profuse or smelly i wouldnt worry too much. If you are really worried you can have her scanned at the vets to check the pups are ok. The other possibility is that she is further on and gettibg ready to give birth.
