Why does my Pomeranian have dark pigment on the white of its eye?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | neutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 7 lbs

After googling things online I'm worried about the discoloration of my dogs eye. 2 yr old Pomeranian.

I do not see anything alarming in these photos. If you are worried the darker pigment on the inside corner of the white part of the eye, that can be normal in some breeds. Corneal hyperpigementation is usually a result of chronic rubbing. It usually causes no problems long term. If you notice any redness or mucoid discharge, or if he does not want to keep eye open, then i would have him check by your vet.
