My dog hit her head, now she's sick and has a headache. What to do?

my dog went under a garage door, she ended up hitting her head. now she appears to be sick in the stomach and having a head ache. is there anything I could give her to help with these symptoms? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 27 lbs

I would be very concerned that Brooklyn is suffering from head trauma if she is sick to the stomach and has pain in her head. There is nothing you can do for her at home for this, head trauma can be very serious and requires veterinary treatments. She needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
