My dog coughed a bit of blood, she seems to be fine now & even ate afterwards. She was chewing on a bone yesterday, should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 22 lbs

If it continues to happen then it is concerning and she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. If she was chewing on a bone the blood could be from inflammation or an injury from the bone. Monitor her and schedule an appointment with your vet if you notice anything abnormal.
