Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 10 years and 2 months old
Good evening! My cat is only 10 years old and i see that she is dying, and i cant do anything! About 2 weeks ago we went to veterinarian, where we figured out about renal and hepatic insufficiency. She did not eat anything for 1 week and barely drinks water. Is there any way to save my cat?

If you are worried she is dying she needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. Not eating is a serious problem in cats and will only cause her further liver damage, plus she is likely severely dehydrated by the lack of drinking. She needs immediate supportive care and reevaluation to see if anything can be done to save her life and make her more comfortable.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I am so sorry to hear about Rita. 10 is still soyoung for a cat. It sounds as though she is very sick. When cats don't eat for several days they are at risk for getting fatty liver syndrome, which causes the liver enzymes to increase and makes them sicker. Usually the not eating is set off by something else and that may be the kidney failure or other primary liver disease she may have. If you still want to try to save her, and to be honest you may not be able too, then take her to an emergency room with an internal medicine specialist and get all the smart Vet brains they have to give you their opinions. I wish you and Rita the best
