My dog is losing weight, hair, and has a lump. What could it be?

Hey dr, my dog Lexy has been losing weight for a while and now she became thin not similar to any female dog her age. I have also noticed a lump high on her arm and she has been losing a lot of hair. What is her problem? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old

Parasites, cancer, malabsorption or metabolic disorders can all lead to dogs loosing weight and hair. GSD can be prone to pancreatic insufficeincy that can affect absorption of nutrients. I would recomend a vet visit for an medical assessment and also evaluate the lump on her arm.
