My puppy has tick fever, diarrhea, vomiting, won't eat. What's wrong?

My dog coco is really unwell unwell. They day we got her home she had a few ticks and a runny nose. After that the second day she started haveing loose motions and fever and cold. We took her to the doctor and he gave her saline and said she has diarrhea. That day she didn't eat or drink third day and had loose motion and threw up as well. We did her deworming once. We took her again to doctor he gave her Iv and antibiotics and said she has infection and tick fever. This came out of her potty

Hi there. Coco really needs to be hospitalized for this condition as soon as possible. If she has shown no improvement she may be having a delayed reaction to the tick bite (or something else) and need a course of steroids, etc along with her antibiotics and iv fluids. If she cannot hold down food, low glucose is a huge worry with a puppy this small as well and can lead to seizures, lethargy, etc. she is also anemic-which your doctor has probably informed you. It may be that she ends up needing a blood transfusion. I hope this helps and she gets help quickly. My best to you both.
