I am picking up a dog that has been diagnosed with ringworm. She has started treatment. Should I cover the spot to reduce risk of spreading to family and other dogs? Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 17 lbs

There is no good way to cover the spot and leaving it open is the best. It is best to continue her treatment and give her a bath every week. Limit the contact with your other animals and wash regularly after contact.
