Why is my Golden Retriever's skin turning black and what should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 2 years and 9 months old | 68.34 lbs

I'm having a golden retriever for the past few days I'm seeing a black tone in his skin... That is in the cheat area his stomach...sides and all... Even the hair is there the black tone is clear visible... What can it be and what should I do..??

This may be due to a skin infection or even an thyroid imbalance or may be normal discoloration as this happens in some dogs. The only way to know is to have your vet check the skin and do a blood test to determine if there is a problem.
