my kitten just had the distemper vaccine yesterday is it normal for him to be pooping yellow runny poop and throwing up clear liquid? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | neutered | 2 months and 27 days old | 3 lbs

It is not a typical reaction to the feline distemper vaccine. If he is otherwise acting fine then you could withhold food for 12 hours and see if the vomiting and diarrhea resolves. If not, he should be rechecked by your veterinarian to determine the cause and treat. Your veterinarian can prescribe medications to help control the vomiting and diarrhea. Your vet can test a stool sample for parasites and then prescribe a dewormer, if needed. If he is lethargic then he should be examined as soon as possible. Hope he feels better soon.
