My pitbull is 2 and half years old . She started with a small patch on back . Like a hard scrust. Size of a 10c piece. We thought it was dirt. After 4 days there was 2 . Now a week later it's the size of a tennes ball. Raw and loosing hair. Little bloody. Our dog was on cortazone tabs as puppy. But didn't need it for more than a year . Now a thirt smal patch.

It looks like she has a hot spot that is infected. Have her examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can shave the area and clean it with an antiseptic wound cleaner. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid to help treat. You can also bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps.
