My dog vomited blood and has pancreatitis. What can I do at home?

We are away for the weekend and our dog, a poodle vomited last night. It looked like there was some blood in it. She hasn't vomited since . I already feed her boiled chicken breast and rice. She has had pancreatitis in the past. She seems ok. Is there anything I can do until I get home and get her to her vet? Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | 12 lbs

Hi there. Switching to a bland diet was a great idea. As far as home remedies, there isn't much else to try. It's good that she is no longer vomiting, but make sure she is closely monitored for signs of lethargy, further vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
