My cat cries like he's in pain, but vet says healthy. Is it normal?

So my cat acts and plays normal like any cat but he cries and even meows as if he's in pain. But We went to the vet yesterday and they told us he was perfectly healthy and normal. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male
