My puppy has recurring bloody diarrhea and vomiting. What's wrong?

Mu dog has a bloddy diarrhea since he arrived home, with 50 days.When he started to get a little bit better, they gave him the second dose of the vacina. But he started to get Worse, the diarrhea as pure blood. But for the first time he presented vomitings. He stayed in a vet hospital for 3 days, because he lost weight and could not eat or drink anything. They treated him with metronidazol l and steroids endovenous. He get better for a while. But Now he has 4 months, and he has the same sintoms! Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | 5 months and 11 days old | 14 lbs
