My cat's meowing & urinating after dog died: stress or kidney?

My dog passed away 2 weeks ago after that my cat starts execive meowing and eliminating on the carpet she has ploycystic kidney too. Does it related to stress or it's becuse of her health condition? Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

As for as Tilah, I would be concerned that this excessive meowing and urinating on the carpet is likely related to her health condition.
