My dog's eyes get puffy and squinty at night. Is it allergies?

Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 23 days old

Around night time my dogs eyes has been going puffy to the point where he's squinting his right eye. While the left one is a bit puffy but can still open his left one. Then in the morning it starts go normal

This sounds unusual, it is definitely not normal. Without seeing what the eye looks like when it is puffy and inflamed it is hard to tell what's going on. In the picture you provided the eyes look normal. I would recommend taking your dog to the vet to have his eyes checked out to make sure there is nothing too serious going on. He may simply have some allergies and need to be on an antihistamine in the evenings to prevent his eyes from becoming irritated and swollen.
