My 1-year-old cat is breathing heavily and won't eat. What to do?

If the cat is struggling to breathe and not eating then sometging serious is likely going on. Unfortunately there is no simple solution for this, you will need to have tbe cat examined to determine the exact issue then allow for appropriate treatment. If you dont find a vet it may be a poor outcome.

    These are very serious symptoms and your cat needs to see a vet immediately. His breathing can indicate respiratory distress, and it's also concerning he won't eat or move. In a 14 year old cat, he could be suffering from severe diseases such as cardiac disease, kidney failure, liver disease, or cancer among others. I would take him into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now.
