My dog chases, jumps, and bites people. How can I stop this behavior?

My dog likes to chase and jump at people it got worse and he started biting at the person. How can i stop this bad habbit? Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male

Many dogs become excited and over-stimulated when people are running or playing nearby. I would recommend keeping Max on-leash whenever their are people nearby that he tends to chase and bite - this way, you can prevent him from being able to do this, and can also use praise and treats to reward calm behavior.
