Why is there soft, pellet-smelling stuff in my bird's water bowl?

Is this vomit made by my bird? Its in his water bowl. It is really soft when i touch it and i have fed him rice, a tiny piece of the white part of a boiled egg, and his normal pellet diet. It does smell like his pellets.. Which are zupreem fruit pellets. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 3 years and 8 months old

There is no way to tell what is in this picture. Many birds may dip their food in water bowl as they eat. If you have noticed Sammy vomitting I recomend seeing an avian veterinarian asap. If he is acting normal and you haven't seen him get sick it's possible he is just a messy eater. My cockatoo has to have her water changed multiple times a day as she likes to dunk food in it.
