Why is my cat's leg twitching after a long car trip? Should I be concerned?

My cat's leg(s) have been twitching when she's awake while laying on her side. She is 1 yr old and this happened after a 6 hr road trip that we did a few days ago. The only other thing that was off about her was that she likes to run randomly around the house. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

It is possible that the road trip caused her to have stress resulting in soft tissue trauma. I would recommend keeping her calm and relaxed. If the shaking continues or she seems painful I would recommend taking her to a veterinarian for better assessment.
