Can Cimetidine help my dog's tumor if surgery isn't an option yet?

My dog is 11 yrs old and has a tumor. Cant afford for surgery till september she is part boxer will cimetidine help her. The tumor is getting big. I already paying 5000 dollar on her other bill for a skin disease she use to have. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 95 lbs

I am so sorry about Precious! Cimetidine is an antacid/antireflux medication which will have no effect on a tumor. In any case, it is unwise ever to give any medication to a dog without the express approval of your vet, who knows her present condition and medical history. I wish you the best with this.
