If Phoebe has not been formally examined for this by the vet, please have this done right away. It is difficult to determine a course of treatment without knowing the cause of the problem. Please do not force her to walk beyond what she feels comfortable doing, as this can make the situation worse and cause her pain. And never give a dog aspirin or any other NSAID, such as Motrin, Advil, Aleve, etc. as these are not good for dogs. Tylenol is also toxic to dogs. It is best to let the vet deterine a diagnosis and suggest an appropriate treatment plan. Best of luck with this!
