Is it normal for my kitten to have liquid on genitals after peeing?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | unneutered | 3 lbs

when my cat pees, he has this liquid looking stuff on his genitals. I'm not sure what it is or if it could be something bad. he's about 11 weeks old. what is it and could it be bad? or am I just a paranoid new pet owner?

He likely is peeing a little bit on himself, because he is still young and getting accustomed to his body. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Especially if there is no blood or foul smelling urine. Best wishes with Nugget.
