Hi, My dog has bumps on his skin that have appeared overnight the past 2 days. Bumps have no special color, they are white like his skin. We treat with vinegar and salt and they disappear... then other bumps reappear elsewhere. They're only on his face and neck. Seems healthy otherwise, same energy level. Thanks

These look like areas of infection all over Donut's face and he will need oral medication to get it cleared up. The infection can be either fungal or bacterial so it is important to take him to your vet to determine which it is so it can be treated appropriately. You will probably need oral medication and possibly a topical medication and/or a medicated shampoo.
