My Labrador has skin lesions on front legs. What is it? How to treat?

Hi! Im Jai. I have a Labrador. He is suffering from some dermatitis as im not sure what it is really! He has lessions on his front legs. How can i cure it?

This may be a problem with a hair follicle or it can be calcification with the thinning hair as a result of a pressure point where she lays down. It appears quiet and not inflamed so you can try to make sure she ha Sentra bedding and padding when laying down and monitor for any further changes
