My dog has scabs under his fur. What causes them and what should I do?

It looks like Logan has some scabbing under his fur, which can be caused from a scrape, bite, or even Logan scratching at his own skin. It appears to be a small scratch and may a heal on its own. However, if not healing in a few days or the scrape gets worse, Logan may need to visit the veterinarian to get antibiotics.
