I'm sorry Hazel isn't feeling well! Lethargy is a very general sign of illness, and it can be caused by systemic illness, inflammation, infection, or injury. The trembling can be caused by pain or fever. It's a good sign she isn't throwing up or having diarrhea, so I would monitor her for now. If the lethargy continues over the next 24 hours, or she develops other signs such as vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, or increased trembling, then I would have her seen by a vet. Hopefully she is just feeling generally unwell and it will pass soon. Good luck, I hope this helps :-)
